- Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Additional notes:
- Multi-factor authentication is required to log into your AXS Account. Find out more here.
- Be sure to use the same email you used when purchasing your tickets.
- If you have multiple emails, double-check you are using the correct one (it will be the same email address your confirmation email was sent to)
- If you didn’t forget your password and simply want to “change” it, you can do this on the Account Info page in the AXS App.
