You can reset your password via desktop or mobile device.
Desktop
- Go to AXS.com.
- Click “Sign In.”
- Select “Sign In” from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your email address.
- Click “Continue.”
- Click “Forgot password?”
- Check your inbox for an email containing a “Reset password” link.
AXS App
- Tap “Log In.”
- Enter your email address.
- Tap “Continue.”
- Tap “Forgot password?”
- Check your inbox for an email containing a “Reset password” link.
Additional notes:
- Multi-factor authentication is required to log in to your AXS account. Learn more here.
- Be sure to use the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets.
- If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you are using the correct one. (It will be the same email address your confirmation email was sent to.)
- If you didn’t forget your password and simply want to change it, you can do this on the Account Settings page.
