Update AXS App (Android)

Follow the steps below in order to update to the latest version of the AXS app for your Android device.
 
Steps to update the AXS app (Android):
  1. Delete - Delete the current AXS app installed on your device.
  2. Download - Download the current version of the AXS app from the Google Play Store (click here), insuring that you are downloading AXS app version 5.0.2 or greater.

Important Note: If in the Google Play Store the version to download is still showing 5.0.1, you will need to clear the Google Play Store App cache on your device. Steps to clear the Google Play Store app cache on your device can be found below.

Steps to clear the Google Play Store App cache on your device:
Android 6.0 and Higher Devices
  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Apps.
    • If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Settings > (Applications) Application manager.
    • For Oreo OS, navigate: Apps icon > Settings > Apps & Notifications > App info
  2. Tap Google Play Store.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Tap Clear Cache then tap Clear Data.
  5. Tap OK.
Android 5.1 and Lower Devices
  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings.
  2. Tap one of the following:
  3. Option varies depending upon device.
    • Apps
    • Applications
    • Application manager
    • App manager
  4. Tap Google Play Store.
  5. Tap Clear Cache then tap Clear Data.
  6. Tap OK.
