To help more fans have the opportunity to buy tickets, we use security measures to detect and block automated tools that would give some buyers an unfair advantage. Occasionally, those measures may mistakenly identify normal customer activity as automated. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including using a VPN or Private Relay, opening multiple browser tabs or sessions, or other browser or network settings that resemble automated activity. If you can't access axs.com or your AXS account, please try the troubleshooting steps below for the platform you're using.
