If you see a banner at the top of your AXS app that says “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.”, it might be time for an update.
Be sure to check that you have updated your AXS app to the latest version to ensure that you are able to successfully sign in and manage your account.
It’s also possible that your password has expired and needs to be reset. Try clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password.
