A refundable deposit holds your place on the waitlist and will be credited towards fulfilling your request. However, joining a waitlist does not guarantee fulfillment.
Will I be charged a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to hold your place. If your request is fulfilled, it will be applied to your purchase. If your request is declined, it will be refunded.
Can I edit or remove item(s) after placing my waitlist order?
Unfortunately, you cannot edit or remove individual item(s) in a request. You must cancel the entire request, then place a new order with the item(s) you still want.
Can I cancel my waitlist request?
Yes. Simply log into your festival account to cancel your request. It can take up to 48 hours for the ability to cancel your recent request and remove yourself from the waitlist in your festival account.
Are payment plans available for waitlist requests?
Unfortunately, payment plans are not available for waitlist requests.
