Ticket delivery methods are predetermined by the venue and may include options such as Standard Mail, Will Call, e-ticket and most popularly, AXS Mobile ID.
Requests for delivery method changes can be made by using Live Chat to connect with an agent. Be ready to provide your Order Name, Order ID Number, Email used for the purchase and last 4 digits of the credit card used. Be sure to also include the new method of delivery you are requesting. Please note that Delivery Method changes are not guaranteed as requests are only approved at the discretion of the venue or event organizer.
