If you previously created an AXS account using your Facebook or Apple account, please follow these steps to log in:
Facebook Users
- On the AXS login page, enter the email address associated with your Facebook account.
- Select the “Forgot password” option.
- Check your inbox for instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t know the email address associated with your Facebook account, follow these steps:
- Log in to Facebook.
- Click your profile picture.
- Select “Settings & Privacy.”
- Select “Settings.”
- Look for your email under “General Account Settings.”
Apple Users
- On the AXS login page, enter the email address associated with your Apple account.
- Select the “Forgot password” option.
- Check your inbox for instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t know the email address associated with your Apple account, follow these steps:
- Open your Apple device’s settings.
- Select your name.
- Your email is listed on the “Apple Account” screen.
If you created your AXS account using Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, follow these steps:
- On your Apple device, go to your iCloud settings.
- Select “Hide My Email.”
- Locate the email address associated with AXS. The email address may end in “@privaterelay.appleid.com.”
- Contact Customer Support to request changing your “Hide My Email” address to a different email address.
