Your AXS account is your personal profile on AXS that keeps track of your events. It’s the place to view and manage your tickets, transfer or share tickets for select events, and update your login credentials. If you sell your tickets on AXS, it’s also the place to manage your selling information.
You can access your account on AXS.com or on the AXS app. The app is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Note: Some fans may have access to AXS accounts for specific venues, teams, or events. These accounts may display functionality exclusive to these venues, teams, or events. You can find the URL to log in to these accounts in your purchase confirmation email.
