Your AXS account is your personal profile on AXS that keeps track of your events. It’s also the place for you to manage your personal information (including email address and social media connections) and your Selling Info (if you sell your tickets on AXS).
You can also view and manage your tickets from your AXS account including the ability to Transfer or Share tickets for select events.
You can find your account on AXS.com or on the AXS app.
Starting June, 2021, AXS is transitioning fans to an enhanced AXS account experience complete with new features and a new design. Some fans will experience the legacy version of AXS Account until the transition is complete. These changes will only impact desktop or mobile web browsers for AXS.com. The current AXS app (iOS/Android) will not be impacted.
How do I know if I’m using the new version of AXS account? If the url in your web browser starts with fanaccount.axs.com, you’re using the newest version.
