You should get an order confirmation soon after purchase (it could take up to 24 hours).  If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. And if you still don’t see it, here’s what to do…

Is the event today? Email us at sameday@axs.com.

Is the event more than a day away? Email us at ticketdelivery@axs.com.

Include this info in the subject line:

  • Event date
  • Event name
  • Venue name

 And include this info in the body of the email:

  • The reason you are writing
  • Your name
  • Your contact number
  • A brief description of your issue
  • Order number (you can find this in your AXS account)
