How do I transfer AXS Mobile ID?

Transferring AXS Mobile ID digital tickets to others is easy.

Note: All transfers from your AXS Account will require a one-time passcode verification.

From AXS.com

1. Sign in to your account on AXS.com.
2. Click on “Your Tickets” and select the event.
3. Click “Transfer.”
4. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
5. Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and email address or phone number.
6. Review the information and click “Transfer.”

From the AXS App

1. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the event you would like to transfer tickets for.
3. Tap "Transfer.”
4. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
5. Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and email address or phone number.
6. Tap “Continue.”
7. Review the information and tap “Transfer Tickets.”

The recipient will receive an email or text with a link to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download and install the AXS App.
