When available, use the Transfer or Share feature will allow you to send event tickets to a friend.
Transfer AXS Mobile ID
- Transfer is used for AXS Mobile ID digital tickets. If the recipient has an AXS account, they will receive the tickets in their account once you hit Transfer. Otherwise, they will need to create an AXS account to claim the tickets. They will also need the AXS App in order to scan their tickets to gain entry into the venue.
Share e-tickets
- Share is used for e-tickets. When e-tickets are shared, the recipient will receive an email with a PDF of their ticket. They will need to print the PDF and bring it with them to the event to scan into the venue.
Please note that select events will automatically convert e-tickets to AXS Mobile ID when shared. If the recipient has not received their ticket via email, they should download the AXS App to locate and access their ticket.
Why can't I Transfer?
If you do not see a Transfer button on your AXS App or if it is grayed out, this means that your event is not eligible for transfers or shares.
However, Transfer may become available at a later time. Feel free to check back from time to time before your event takes place.
Note: Items like merchandise, VIP package elements, or ticket insurance that were added onto the original purchase or included with the ticket are typically not transferable.
