Once logged in, select Your Account on the left-side navigation. You can edit the following in each tab:
- Profile - connect or disconnect your Social login credentials.
- Payments - transfer funds, add / remove accounts for getting paid and add payment methods.
- Contacts - add contacts to your account to speed up ticket transfers.
If using the AXS App, click the person icon on the bottom of your screen to access your account info. From the app, you are only able to change your zip code and password. If you need to change your name or email address, you will need contact us via Live Chat.
