Once you log in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select “Account.”
You can edit the following information from your account page.
- Two-Factor Authentication Phone Number: Update the phone number used to verify your account.
- Password: Set a new password for your account.
- Payments: Transfer funds and add or remove payment methods and accounts for getting paid.
To proceed with a name change, please submit a formal request for review.
AXS App
If you are using the AXS App, tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access your account settings. From the app, you are able to change your zip code and password. If you need to change your email address, please contact us via Live Chat.
