Exact delivery times vary by event and selected delivery method (standard mail, will call, Flash Mobile, etc.). When buying tickets, you should see estimated delivery times for the available delivery methods. As soon as your tickets ship or get delivered to your account, you’ll get an email from us letting you know, and you’ll always receive your tickets no later than one week before your event.


Some events have delivery delays (extra time is required to process and confirm all orders), but you’ll still receive your tickets at least one week before your event. If there’s a delivery delay for your event, we’ll let you know when buying tickets.
