If your event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the new event date. We’ll email the new date to you as soon as we have it, and if you can’t make it, just click the link in the email to request a refund*.
No refunds will be available for resale tickets, but you can always sell the tickets to another fan if the new date doesn’t work for you.
*Please note that we cannot submit the refund to an alternate card. If your credit card number has changed since you made the purchase this should not impact your ability to receive the refund.
