General Questions
- Will there be areas for nursing mothers?
- Yes! We will have a Mother's Room near the Main Entrance.
- What time is the water park open?
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Thur-Sat and the Aquatic Center is free with your paid admission. Keep in mind the occupancy at the Aquatic Center is 500 persons and is strictly enforced. Please be considerate of your fellow festival goers and limit your time so all attendees have a chance to cool off.
- Can food and beverages be brought into the venue?
- No, but you can bring an empty water bottle and there will be locations where you can fill that up but we do not allow outside food or drink into the main venue, bags will be searched at the gates.
- What are the theme days?
- Wednesday: Caveman
- Thursday: Superheros
- Friday: Disco
- Saturday: America!
- Is smoking allowed?
- Yes, it is allowed in designated smoking areas only. Locations are marked on the event map.
- Is there parking?
- Premium & Motorcycle Parking - You park near the Main Gate inside Deseret Peak Complex.
- Weekend General Parking - You park at the General Admission Parking lot near the Country Fan Fest general East and West campgrounds.
- Single Day Parking will be available for sale at the General Admission Parking lot during the event.

- Can I bring an ATV, Side by Side, or golf cart?
- No, due to insurance policies we can't allow non-event staff to use ATV or Golf Carts.
- Are there meet & greet tickets?
- You can win them from your favorite Country Radio Station, at the event or via our social media accounts!
Admission Questions
- What does General, Corral VIP, and Mega VIP Admission mean?
- VIP generally references the areas closest to the stage with additional VIP courtesies such as catered meals, free drinks, etc.
- General Admission references simple access to the event without add-ons and/or courtesies designated for other VIP ticket types.
- Check the event website under PASSES for specific ticket type details.
- Are single day Corral VIP or Mega VIP Tickets available?
- No. All Corral VIP and MEGA VIP tickets are sold as 4-day admission tickets.
- Is re-entry allowed?
- Yes, you can exit at the main Entrance Gate. Upon return, you will go through the same security checkpoint; bag check, body scan, wristband inspection and redemption. Alcohol, food and beverages are not allowed through the gates, either entering or exiting.
- Do 4-Day Admission Tickets include camping?
- No. Camping and Admission are 2-separate purchases. A 4-day wristband allows you into the campground to participate in activities and the campground concerts (including the after-party), but does not allow you to sleep in the campground. In order to sleep and stay overnight in the campground, you will need to purchase a campsite.
Campground Questions
- Are Campfires allowed?
- No, open flames in campgrounds.
- Are portable generators allowed?
- Yes, portable generators are allowed in VIP, GA and North 40 campgrounds. No generators are allowed in the tent camping area. We recommend that they be ventilated to avoid the dangers of carbon monoxide.
- How can I request a pool fill?
- Download the Country Fan Fest app to schedule your fill. Payments are made to the water company directly.
- Can food and beverages be brought into my campsite?
- Yes they can!
- When do the Campgrounds open?
- Gates will open on Wednesday, July 26th, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
- All campers must pull into the campground NO LATER THAN 9:30 PM or you will be asked to camp in the GA Parking area until the next day when gates open again to the campground. This is for the safety of the attendees that are in the campground that are walking around and participating in activities. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Please plan accordingly to get to the campground on-time so you can get your campsite set up for the week. The same rule applies for exiting the campground. We cannot let vehicles drive around or enter and exit past 9:30 PM. It is too dangerous after dark with thousands of people in the campground area. If you know you are going to need to leave, please park your vehicle in the GA Parking area. There is no time restraint on coming into or leaving the GA Parking area, ONLY the campground.
- What's included when I purchase a campground site?
- You are allowed to have up to 8 people in your campsite. Each of them must have a 4-day GA wristband to stay overnight in the campground.
- How early and late can I enter the campgrounds?
- Entry and exit to and from the campgrounds ends at dusk, all campers arriving after dusk will have to park in GA parking until re-opening at 9:00 AM the next morning.
- Are there showers in the campground?
- Yes, and they are included at no charge!
Ticketing Questions
- AXS Tickets is the official ticket seller for this event. If you purchase Country Fan Fest passes from any other ticketing vendor, we cannot guarantee that they will be valid for entry/redemption.
- If you used a payment plan for processing your order, your wristbands will be sent upon receipt of your final payment.
- To pick-up passes at the Box Office, you MUST bring ID.
- How do I log into my Fan Account?
- Simply login to your Fan Account HERE.
- You can sign in using your Facebook account or your AXS.com account, whichever was used when purchasing.
- Once logged in, you can verify and edit your account and order information using the left-side navigation tabs.
- How do I purchase tickets if I don't have an email address?
- If you do not have an email address, and are not interested in making one, we can still mail your wristbands to your home address. Review online what you would like to order, then we can place your order over the phone with Country Fan Fest Customer Support by email info@countryfanfest.com or phone 1-(800)-971-7088.
- I think I might have a duplicate order, what do I do?
- There is a simple way to know if you have placed an order; if you have gotten an "order number" or “order confirmation email," then you have placed an order that has gone through. If you are still not sure, either log into your Fan Account or contact AXS Support and they will be able to verify this for you.
- I noticed a $1.00 billed to my credit card after my order. Why is this?
- This "Authorization" is a temporary charge to your account to establish if the account is valid and contains sufficient funds for your purchase order. This $1.00 charge "falls off" your account and is NOT an extra fee.
- How can I make changes to my order?
- Once your order has been placed you cannot go back into your account and edit it. If you have made a mistake or would like to edit your order, please contact AXS Support or Country Fan Fest Customer Support, by email info@countryfanfest.com or phone 1-(800)-971-7088, and they will help you.
- What is AXS Mobile ID?
- AXS Mobile ID digital tickets are tickets you use with your phone – like mobile tickets from an airline or movie theater.
- AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and cannot be screenshotted or printed out.
- If AXS Mobile ID is your delivery method, follow these simple steps to ensure the quickest entry:

- Open the app, sign in, and verify your account to see your tickets.
- Show the tickets in the app at the Box Office and get them scanned to exchange for your credential.

- I haven't received my wristbands yet, what do I do?
- Wristbands are scheduled to be mailed a few weeks prior to the festival. Wristbands will continue to ship right up until two weeks prior. Any wristbands not mailed out can be picked up at the Box Office with a valid form of identification. If your wristbands are lost in the mail, please contact Country Fan Fest Customer Support by email info@countryfanfest.com or phone 1-(800)-971-7088.
- I don't live in the United States, how do I get my wristbands?
- Wristbands for all international customers will be available to pick up at Will Call during the festival with a valid form of identification. Please remember the name on the tickets must be the name of the individual picking them up.
- Can a wristband be replaced if it is lost or damaged?
- Yes, however please treat your wristband like cash or any other valuable item!
- Register your wristband as this will tie you to your wristband and allow fast and easy replacement in the event that you are not the original purchaser.
- Should you lose your wristband at the festival, you will need to go to the Box Office and show a valid form of identification to get a replacement.
- If you lose, damage or over tighten your wristband, you will be charged a Wristband Replacement Fee.
- If we replace your wristband, we immediately deactivate the RFID chip in the lost wristband and replace it with a new wristband.
- When will ticket pricing increase?
- Prices will continue to climb as the date gets closer. The best price is the price you see on the website today.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unfortunately no, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
