Once you sign in to your AXS Account on AXS.com, you can edit your personal information under the “Your Account” section. Under "Your Info," simply click “Edit” next to the field you wish to change.
If you need to update your bank, PayPal or debit card info, click on the “Selling Info” section and you can add or modify your account details there.
If using the AXS App, click the person icon on the bottom of your screen to access your account info. From the app, you are only able to change your zip code and password. If you need to change your name or email address, you will need to access your account on AXS.com.
New AXS Account
Once logged in, select Your Account on the left-side navigation. You can edit the following in each tab:
- Profile - connect or disconnect your Social login credentials.
- Payments - transfer funds, add / remove accounts for getting paid and add payment methods.
- Contacts - add contacts to your account to speed up ticket transfers.
