You’re most likely experiencing an issue with the Google Play app. Here’s how to fix it:

 

1. Open the Google Play app on your phone and press the home button.

2. Go to Settings, tap Applications, and then tap Manage Applications.

3. Select the ALL tab, search for Google Play, and then tap Google Play.

4. Tap these three options: Force Stop, Clear Cache, and Clear Data.

 

All set! Now open the Google Play app and try downloading the AXS app again.
