- You will access the livestream through your AXS account. Once logged in, navigate to “Your Events.” You will see an option to enter the virtual event—make your way in!
- Livestream access is non-transferrable; only the email associated with the AXS purchase will be able to enter the livestream room.
- The concert is best experienced on a computer using Google Chrome.
- Don’t be tardy to the party! We recommend you enter the virtual venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the performance to ensure your tech (and you) are ready to rock.
- Soundcheck. There will be music playing when you enter the livestream room; if you can hear that, you’re good to go for the performance.
- If at any point you experience difficulty with the stream please refresh your browser.
- We want to hear your thoughts! Make sure to use the chat box in the livestream room to converse throughout the evening.
- If you purchased a ticket to a Virtual Hangout, you will receive a separate email with access instructions.
