If your event is cancelled…
We’ll automatically refund the credit card used for purchase* (usually within 5-7 business days of the cancellation announcement).

Bought your tickets at the venue’s box office? Please take the tickets directly to the box office for a refund.

If your event is postponed…
Your tickets will still be valid for the new event date. We’ll email the new date to you as soon as we have it, and if you can’t make it, just click the link in the email to request a refund.

*We can’t refund an alternate credit card.  If your credit card number has changed since purchase, you should still be able to receive a refund.
