Here are some common questions and answers regarding Ticketless Entry. 

What is Ticketless Entry?

Ticketless Entry is an alternative delivery method to e-tickets, standard mail, or will call. Instead of receiving your tickets before the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will be your ticket!

How do I get into the show?

All you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport.) Just go directly to the gate and present both of these items to the gate attendant. They will swipe your card to verify the tickets and will then print seat locator slips for you to use during the event to find your seats.  It is not necessary for you to go to the box office -- simply proceed directly to the gate.

When does AXS use Ticketless Entry for events?
We use this technology when the promoter of the event or touring artist requested it in order to give fans better access to the best seats at the price initially set for the event. 

Can I use a gift card to purchase Ticketless Entry tickets?

Sorry, but gift cards (or virtual credit cards) are not accepted; your government issued photo ID MUST match the name on the credit card. The venue has the right to cancel any orders made with a gift card!

Can I buy a ticket for someone else if the method of delivery is Ticketless Entry?

If you buy a ticket for someone else you will need to be present at the gate to let them in with your credit card that you used to purchase the tickets. If you will not be able to be present at the event, we strongly recommend that the guest who plans to attend the event make the purchase with their own credit card. 

What if my credit card expires before the event?

Don’t worry – this won’t be a problem as long as you still have the expired card or your new card has the same credit card number. However, if you don’t have the old card or your new card has a different card number, please check in with the venue box office when you arrive at the event! 

What if I lose my credit card before the event?

If your reissued card has a different number from the one you purchased the tickets with then you will need to contact the venue directly. In most cases you will be asked to go to the venue box office on the day of the event for an alternative method of picking up your tickets!

What if there are issues with my credit card at the gate?

We’ll be there to help! If the gate attendant has any issues with your credit card at the gate or is unable to verify your order, you will be directed to the venue box office where our staff will be able to assist you with any issues. Please be sure to print your order confirmation and bring it with you to the event should you have any issues. The box office will need your order confirmation number along with the government issued photo ID that matches the name on your account.
