While most e-tickets are sent within 24 hours of the order being placed, some events institute delivery delays. This means that you might not receive your e-tickets as quickly as you were expecting.

Not to worry!  

Even if your tickets are on a delay, our ticketing agents will ensure that your tickets are sent to you in plenty of time before your event.
