We do not offer refunds (all sales are final), but we can arrange to have your tickets waiting for you at the venue’s will call.

 

If you don’t receive your tickets at least three days before your event, here’s what to do…

Is the event today? Email us at sameday@axs.com.

Is the event more than a day away? Email us at ticketdelivery@axs.com.

 Include this info in the subject line:

  • Event date
  • Event name
  • Venue name

 And include this info in the body of the email:

  • The reason you're writing
  • Your name
  • Your contact
  • Order number
