Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. If you haven't received your tickets 3 days prior to the event, please contact our Guest Services Team at ticketdelivery@axs.com.  After confirming your order we'll set up your tickets so you can pick them up at Will Call at the event!

For your email, the subject line should include the event and venue and the date it occurs.  In your email, please include your name, a contact number, a brief description of your request and your order number.
