No problem! Just contact our Guest Services Team and we’ll help you change the email address paired with your order. Be sure to supply pertinent information in your email like your order number and the name of the venue where your event will be held. After we receive your email, we'll most likely reissue your e-tickets to the updated email address. If you have already exceeded the e-ticket resend maximum, or if the venue does not allow e-tickets to be resent, then we'll work with you to change the method of delivery for your order.

 

Please remember to include in the email the event, reason for the email and order number.
