No problem! Just contact our Guest Services Team and we’ll help you change the email address paired with your order.
Please remember to include in the email the event, reason for the email and order number.
Email: If your event is TODAY: Please contact us at email@example.com
Email: If your event is coming up soon: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Include this info in the subject line:
- Event date
- Event name
- Venue name
And include this info in the body of the email:
- The reason you’re writing
- Your name
- Your contact
- Order number (you can find this in your AXS account)
You can also print e-tickets straight from your AXS account. Simply sign in and click “Print E-tickets” next to your event.
