Once your AXS Mobile ID tickets have been released to the app please follow the below steps to view your tickets in The OVO Arena venue app.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Tap "LOG IN OR SIGN UP".
Log in to your OVO Arena App account with the same email address used when purchasing the tickets. If it's the first time using the app please create an account by clicking "Don't have an account? Sign up". Once signed up an email will be sent to you to verify your account.
Important: remember to sign up with the same email address used when purchasing the tickets
Once you've verified your account and signed in, tap "My Tickets"
If you purchased your tickets via AXS please sign in to your AXS ID with the email address you used when purchasing the tickets. If your tickets were transferred to you , make sure you are signing in using the same email address your friend transferred the tickets to. If you don't have an account yet, sign up using the email address your tickets were transferred to.
Any tickets you have for an event at OVO Arena Wembley will show up as below. Click on the event to view your AXS Mobile ID
This is your AXS Mobile ID ticket. Please have the QR code ready to be scanned upon entering the venue.
If you have followed the above steps and still can’t see your tickets please do the following:
- Make sure you are signed in with the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets - this is where your order confirmation was sent.
- If tickets were transferred to you make sure your friend transferred them to the correct email address.
- Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
- Have the UK region applied
- Have your phones date and time settings set to automatic
- Disconnect any VPN you may be connected to and try the above steps again
- Disconnect your wi-fi and try the above steps using mobile data instead
- Are you using a work device? If you have followed the above steps and still can’t sign in and see your tickets you can try using a different device. Or if you’re going to the event with a friend you can sign in to your account on axs.com using a browser and transfer the tickets to your friend.
