To make sure the refund goes to the right place, we can only process a refund to the original payment method. If you’ve had a replacement card for the same account the refund will still go automatically into your account. If your account is closed and you haven’t had the refund within 10 days, please contact your bank/credit card issuer as they will be able to locate the refund and transfer it to your new account. Please note that we are unable to reclaim the money if the refund has been processed, however if you need any details regarding the refund when contacting the bank please contact us.
