On the advice of our bank, we can only process a refund to the original payment method. If you’ve had a replacement card for the same account the refund will still go automatically into your account.
If your account is closed and you haven’t had the refund within 15 days, please contact your bank/credit card issuer as they will be able to locate the refund and transfer it to your new account. We can't reclaim the money and issue the refund to a new card for you.
