How do I get paid for tickets I sell?

You need to add your bank or PayPal account details to your AXS account.

UK customers, please follow these steps:

• Sign in to your AXS account
• Go to “Your Account” and then “Payments”
• In the UK section, select "Add Account for Getting Paid", click on the “Account Type” pull down and choose “Bank Account”
• Add the branch sorting code and account number

If you’re from outside the UK or do not have a UK bank account, please follow these steps:

• Sign in to your AXS account
• Go to “Your Account” and then “Payments”
• In the UK section, select "Add Account for Getting Paid", click on the “Account Type” pull down and choose PayPal
• Add the email address of your PayPal account
• If you do not have a PayPal account, please click here

Once added, your payment will reach your designated bank or PayPal account within 10 working days after the event date.
