We're aware that some customers may not have received their tickets yet. We're currently working hard to ensure everyone receives their tickets well in advance of the event, however due to covid-19 regulations and staff isolations we (along with various venues and ticket agents across the country) are working through a backlog. Due to this, it may be necessary for us to change the method of delivery of your order to e-tickets or box office collection depending on the venue. Rest assured that we will be in contact as soon as possible with detailing any necessary changes.
