How do I transfer an AXS mobile ID ticket?

Transferring AXS mobile ID digital tickets with others is easy. This is done simply through the AXS or venue app – and can be done right up to the event (one hour after door time).

From AXS.com

1. Log into your AXS Account and from "Your Events," select the event you would like to transfer tickets from.
2. Click on 'Transfer Tickets'
3. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer
4. Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and email address
5. Click 'Continue'
6. Review the information and click 'Transfer'

From the AXS App

1. Click the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
2. Select the event you would like to transfer tickets from
3. Click TRANSFER
4. Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and email address
5. Click 'CONTINUE'
6. Review the information and click 'TRANSFER'

The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download and install the AXS App.
