First, check your email confirmation to ensure that you did not choose another method of delivery.
If you did select to have your tickets posted and you haven’t received your tickets 3 days prior to the event, please call our Contact Centre Team.
We aim to get tickets to you 5 days before your event - however sometimes we are waiting on the tickets to be delivered to us from the venues and this can lead to delays in getting them to you.
Sometimes items can go missing in the post and in most cases we are able to duplicate tickets for collection at the venue - but are only able to do this three days before the event.
