What access provisions are in place for the event? |
All general viewing areas (Blue, Red, White, Green and Pink) are based on the streets. As these roads are closed to traffic, you’ll be able to use the roads for step free movement, suitable for wheelchairs. However, these areas will be busy with large crowds and will not have seating provided or permitted to be brought in. |
If you need to sit, and/or have a less crowded place to watch, or require drop off by vehicle, you may wish to book tickets for the Orange (Accessible Viewing) Area. You can choose this area on the AXS Tickets website. |
|
What is the Accessible Viewing Area like? |
This area is south of the river on Albert Embankment, next to St Thomas' Hospital and opposite the Houses of Parliament. It offers a side view of the fireworks. The Accessible Viewing Area is a good alternative option for people needing vehicle drop offs, seating, or a less crowded place to watch. This includes wheelchair users, older people or pregnant women. You may bring a folding chair into this area. |
