We will email your e-tickets to London New Year’s Eve approximately 1 week before the event. This email will also include information you will need on the night, such as how to get to your gate, what you are/aren’t allowed to bring to the event. |

What happens if I don’t receive my email containing my e-tickets? |
Tickets will be sent approximately 1 week before the event. Please check your spam/junk folder first, if you still cannot find the email please go to the customer support centre and request for your tickets to be re- sent |

What happens if I can’t find the email with my tickets? |
If you are unable to locate the email with your e-ticket please visit the Customer Support Centre and request for your tickets to be emailed again. |

I would like to change the viewing area I have booked, how do I do this? |
You will only be able to change viewing area if there is availbilty. However, to do this you can visit the Customer Support Centre. |

What if I have a ticket, but can’t come to the event? |
You can apply for a full refund up to 5pm on Friday 24 November by contacting us HERE After this time, no refunds will be given. |
To change the name or for any other information on your ticket(s), please contact us via the contact form. Name changes on tickets can be made up until the 20th December. |

Can I sell my tickets to someone else? |
No. Tickets can only be bought or sold through our official partner AXS. The reselling or transfer of tickets breaches our booking terms and conditions. However, if your plans change, full refunds are available until 5pm on Friday 24 November. |
