Once you sign in to your AXS account, you can edit your personal information under “Your Account.” Click "Your Info" and then click “Edit” next to the field you wish to change.
If you need to update your bank info, click on “Selling Info” and then add your new bank account details.
If you’re using the AXS app, tap on the person icon on the bottom of your screen to access your account info. From the app, you are only able to change your postcode and password. If you need to change your name or email address, you will need to access your account on AXS.com.
